Seafood and seasonal vegetables take center stage. Each plate reveals bold, vibrant, and sometimes unexpected flavors where rooted in culinary traditions from the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the Arabian Peninsula, all reimagined with a modern, creative touch.

A Lively, Intimate Host’s Table

The GUEFEN experience is also about atmosphere. Intimate and welcoming, the space is designed to encourage connection.
