At GUEFEN, every meal is a gastronomic adventure. The tasting menu, composed of five courses, takes you from the Middle East to Eastern Europe, passing through the Arabian Peninsula. The dishes are prepared using ancient fermentation techniques and traditional spices, enhancing complex flavors.

An Intimate and Friendly Atmosphere
