Now located on Rue de Charenton, in the 12th arrondissement, Guefen continues its journey with the same soul and ambition — to bring meaning back to the act of dining.

Refined Kosher Cuisine, Rooted in Integrity

Since October 2023, Guefen has been offering a menu exclusively crafted from 100% kosher and halav Israel products.

While we do not hold an official certification, we work exclusively with trusted suppliers who guarantee the quality and origin of every ingredient.

This commitment is not a limitation — it is a creative path.

It challenges us to rethink taste through respect, precision, and inspiration.

Every element, from sourcing to presentation, reflects our desire to serve a cuisine that is elegant, thoughtful, and deeply coherent.

A New Chapter with Chef Yonatan Mary

In September 2025, Guefen opens a new chapter with Chef Yonatan Mary.

Trained in renowned kitchens, he brings creative energy and sensitivity to the art of modern kosher cuisine.

“Cooking kosher isn’t a constraint,” he says.
“It’s a new language — one that invites creativity, honesty, and emotion.”

Under his direction, the menu will explore a dialogue of flavors — from the Levant to the Mediterranean — always with the instinct, refinement, and freedom that define Guefen.
